When can I expect my order to arrive?
- Typically orders are shipped within 5-7 Business Days after placing your order online or pre-order. Check your email for a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
- Pre-Orders range from 4 to 7 weeks, which is subject to change. Please reach out only if the estimated shipping window has passed.
What should I do if my package was lost/stolen or damaged?
- Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any lost stolen or damaged shipments. You will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. You can open an insurance claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 or UPS at (800) 742-5877.
Can I return my item if it doesn’t fit?
- We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please refer to our size chart on prior to making a purchase.
My size is sold out, when will it restock?
- Restocks will be announced on Instagram. Follow us to stay updated!
SHIPPING
- Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping when placing an order
- Allow an additional 2 business days for
processing.
- Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or
damaged shipments. All claims must be made with the
shipping carrier. USPS and UPS insures some lost or
damaged packages. If your tracking information says
it was delivered you can open an insurance claim by

Exchange & Return Policy
- At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If you have received an
incorrect item, please contact us. All issues will be
handled on a case by case basis. Damaged, defective or
incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of
